Return of goods

You can refuse the product within 14 calendar days from the date of purchase.
The return of goods of proper quality is possible if its presentation and consumer properties, as well as the receipt, are preserved.

However, some goods cannot be returned even if they are of proper quality, according to Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation of January 19, 1998 No. 55.

These include:

• perfumery and cosmetic products;
• textile goods;
• dishes, cutlery and kitchen utensils;
• furniture;
• plants.
